FOUNDERS
Bob Langley, CEO
Bob was raised in Nashville, TN. He began playing guitar at a very young age, and at 16 years old, Bob began performing in venues all over the South. As his popularity grew in the 80's hard rock music scene, so did his exposure to a very decadent lifestyle. Although it was Bob’s dream to become a rock star, God had very different plans for his life. In 1992 a friend began sharing Jesus with Bob after seeing him struggle with drug addiction. Soon after, he entered the Teen Challenge rehabilitation program. After successfully completing the program, he was offered the opportunity to work on staff in New York City for the founder of Teen Challenge, Pastor David Wilkerson. While serving at Times Square Church, Bob met his wife Sharleen.
Bob has been providing Religious Services for over 25 years for many different organizations and ministries. He currently serves as the Chaplain at the Monterey County Jail.
Shar Langley, COO
Sharleen was raised in Salinas, CA. At the age of 19, while attending Hartnell College, her pastor encouraged her to deepen her Christian walk by attending Bible college—a decision that became a pivotal turning point in her life. She attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, where she earned an Associate Degree in Practical Theology.
Following her time in Dallas, Shar moved to New York City, where she worked for ten years as a Project Manager in Corporate Travel at UBS Investment Bank. During this season, she also traveled abroad on mission trips to Kosovo and Paraguay. While in New York, Shar joined the choir at Times Square Church, where she met her husband, Bob.

Shar has served in ministry alongside her husband since 2001. She brings a deep heart for people and integrates her extensive management and administrative experience into every area of her work.
